托福寫作 | 四類強(qiáng)調(diào)句，你值得擁有！

　　在托福寫作中強(qiáng)調(diào)是一種修辭效果，是為了對(duì)一定語境下的部分內(nèi)容進(jìn)行突出強(qiáng)調(diào)而采取的一種手段。運(yùn)用這種強(qiáng)調(diào)句型可以強(qiáng)調(diào)句子的主語、狀語、賓語以及從句(主語從句，狀語從句，賓語從句)等，一般不能用來強(qiáng)調(diào)謂語動(dòng)詞。

　　英語中的強(qiáng)調(diào)句式結(jié)構(gòu)為It is ...that...，也就是：It is/was + 被強(qiáng)調(diào)部分+that+剩余部分。

　　一、對(duì)主語進(jìn)行強(qiáng)調(diào)

　　例句：

　　Their sensitive response to human circumstanceaccounts for the persistence of certain collective ideas.

　　他們對(duì)人類環(huán)境的敏感反應(yīng)，才保證了一些共同觀點(diǎn)的持續(xù)性。

　　強(qiáng)調(diào)主語：

　　It is their sensitive response to human circumstancethat accounts for the persistence of certain collective ideas.

　　二、對(duì)狀語進(jìn)行強(qiáng)調(diào)

　　1. 對(duì)地點(diǎn)狀語的強(qiáng)調(diào)

　　For physicists, this new development makes anyappreciable difference in the explanation of observations only in the world ofatoms.

　　只是在原子世界中，這一新發(fā)展才會(huì)在對(duì)各種觀察做出解釋時(shí)產(chǎn)生相當(dāng)?shù)牟町悺?/p>

　　強(qiáng)調(diào)地點(diǎn)狀語：

　　For physicists, it is only in the world of atoms thatthis new development makes any appreciable difference in the explanation ofobservations.

　　2. 對(duì)時(shí)間狀語的強(qiáng)調(diào)

　　例句：

　　Women sculptors have been recognized as elite artistsonly during the twentieth century.

　　二十世紀(jì)，女藝術(shù)家才被承認(rèn)為精英藝術(shù)家。

　　強(qiáng)調(diào)時(shí)間狀語：It has beenonly during the twentieth century that women sculptors have been recognized aselite artists.

　　3. 對(duì)原因狀語進(jìn)行強(qiáng)調(diào)

　　例句：

　　He was elected as one colonel because of hiseligibility in many aspects.

　　他被選為陸軍上校是因?yàn)樵诤芏喾矫娑季邆淠芰Α?/p>

　　強(qiáng)調(diào)時(shí)間狀語：

　　It is because of his eligibility in many aspects thathe was elected as one colonel.

　　4. 對(duì)方式狀語進(jìn)行強(qiáng)調(diào)

　　例句：

　　By way of the emphasis on oral comic literarycreativity，these Chicano writers developed thepowerful and arresting language.

　　通過對(duì)口頭喜劇文學(xué)創(chuàng)造性的強(qiáng)調(diào)，這些奇卡諾作家才得以發(fā)展一種強(qiáng)有力的和富于吸引力的語言。

　　強(qiáng)調(diào)方式狀語：

　　It has been by way of the emphasis on oral comicliterary creativity that these Chicano writers developed the powerful andarresting language.

　　三、對(duì)賓語進(jìn)行強(qiáng)調(diào)

　　例句：

　　One attributes the name to a complex commercialsituation in a particular society

　　人們把一個(gè)名字賦予給某個(gè)特定社會(huì)中復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)。

　　強(qiáng)調(diào)賓語：

　　It is the name that one attributes to a complexcommercial situation in a particular society.

　　四、對(duì)賓語補(bǔ)足語進(jìn)行強(qiáng)調(diào)

　　例句：

　　They elected him the chairman of the Trade.

　　他們選他為工會(huì)的主席。

　　強(qiáng)調(diào)賓語補(bǔ)足語：

　　It was the chairman of the Trade Union that theyelected him.
